I agree that Kazakhstan is more democratic and secular, than any CA countries (Kyrgistan is somehow close), but not Armenia.

I cant find any statistic about Kazakhstan, but Armenia is the worst place for gays to live in Europe (only Russia and Azerbaijan are worst).
