Arabs were seen as an inferior race. The plan was to send Islamic SS divisions (Bosnian and German converts ) to bring the Middle East under German control , and Arabs would have been either exterminated or become slaves.

This is true. In the West Bank, since Israel took that area the fertility rate has dropped while quality of life increased for the Arabs. This is despite the fact that their ideology supports bringing more kids for obvious reasons.
In Israel itself the Jewish birth rate for non-Ultra orthodox is among the highest in the OECD while quality of life is quite high. It is a curious case.

Under the Nazi regime it was considered noble to be a farmer or living in the countryside. There most likely would have been similar settler programs. Also things like lebensborn programme.

I don't really classify Arabs like that. In general, Arabs don't like to talk about their love for the nazis because it makes them look bad in the eyes of the west. It exposes them as the agressors and not the eternal victims like they pretend to be.

Well u just said the obvious. Of course if the nazis won their enemies(Jews, Allies) would be destroyed/shurnk in size.

Germans are still 80%+ antisemitic so they are allied to genocidal arabs(apart from the islamizaing germany part).

Things would be different. The bigger question is would they have stopped at 'Lebensraum' and the 'Greater Germanic Reich'. I don't think so, the Nazi party used these Ideas to comfort the Western Powers to try to avoid an intervention from them while they could have easily swept through Eastern Europe, but the Western Allies were wiser. If Nazi Germany would have miraculously won WW2 I don't believe they would have stopped military conquest beyond Europe. They would have kept on expanding until there was a diversion in the party and government and the Reich would have split similar to what happen to the Roman empire but by different means.
