But that part of Pakistan was Afghan land originally and is more closer to the Iranic spectrum than to the Indic spectrum most of Pakistan belongs to.

As much as I agree Turks and Pakis are different, when comparing Finns to the Chinese, Pakis and Turks would look like twins. A more similar comparison would be Spaniards and Morocco. They share a border, have a few similarities, but are still completely different.

Turkey have Mediterranean like culture and is closer to med countries, than to south asia. This is obvious.
Istanbul, together with Izmir are amazing cities, very "westernized" and liberal.

True, but what about the rural areas in Southern and Eastern Turkey?

Greeks are desperate to find similarities with Türks. half Greeks have Turkish names, their languages thousands of Türkic loan words, copy paste Türkish cuisine and many things like this. We dont want any common points with them but they stick so badly

Gurdzhy we are all westernised but people you refer from Izmir and Istanbul are real Euros. They are Makedon, Albo, Bosniak, Serb, Pomak immigrants who received Türkish citizenship. They arent %100 Of Istanbul or not even Izmir.
