Does a healthy diet have to come at a hefty price?

It is mind games in a way - why do you think them burgers are 1 euro each? And its not because the animal has been looked after and grazed on grass (this is what cows should do)...you are only as healthy as the animal that you are eating

Its not that much expensive as people think,its mostly a delusion.

A daily stock of healthy food could cost you at most 10 or 20 bucks more.

Thats 600 euros a month at least, if rent is 600 incl bills which is verrry cheap that would make 1200 euros, forget buying clothes or even gas for ur car or going out anywhere, 1200 is for many ppl their monthly loan and that calculation was very poor

Here in Romania 1 kilo cheese is 2.5 euro, 1 kilo cabbage 0.5 euro, and if you add onions, oil, tomatoes it shouldn't go over 5 euro/day.
With 100euro/month here you can eat healthy like a king.In Belgium I imagine the relative price is in better proportions than here.

I think belgium is more expensive
I guess breakfast would be rly cheap but then a lunch is more expensive and as i mentioned before fruits etc is probably something you dont even have to think about if ur living by yourself or if you dont have much money

From a quick google search:
~2100 EUR is the avg NET salary in Belgium.You can eat healthy there cheaper than in Romania.
