Not all of them but few of them show mongolid admix.Genetically almost all bengalis have some(5%-25%) east asian dna due to tibeto burman and austroasiatic adixture.Recently ive seen some bengali muslim carries central asian turkic(iranid+monglid) dna aswell around 10%-15% possibly from mughal influence.

Bengali people are diverse so there arent a common bengali look though they are considered south asian with mongoloid influence most of the time.

The bengalis in your picture are of poor background so they are more ASI and East asian shifted than middle class bengalis, for this reason they have caucasoid+veddoid+mongoloid influence in their phenotype.
It is also incorrect to judge a person's genetic by his phenotype because even a slight influence of a specific genetic origin might show up in most part of his phenotype.
The pics of bengalis OP posted are not uncommon among middle class bengalis and occasionaly even among lower class bengalis as well.

Genetically average bengalis are(based on result of bengalis in different gedmatch calculators) :
5%-20% east asian
18%-25% Ancestral south indian(ASI)
48%-65% Ancestral north indian(ANI/neolithic iranian/caucasus hunter gatherer)
4%-7% Proto indoeuropean(PIE)/Northeast european.

The lower class bengali muslims alongside with lower caste hindu bengalis most of the time has more austroasiatic(santhal) origin so they will score more ASI and east asian and less ANI and PIE.
The muslim bengalis with further west eurasian admix during sultanate/mughal era will score more ANI(from caucasus region) and less east asian but their ASI is unchanged most of the time.
The hindu bengali brahmins has more PIE(around 13%) and less east asian.
The other upper caste hindu bengalis (kayasthas,vaidyas,kshatriyas) are similar to middle class bengali muslim more or less.
