^^I 've met his brother Aki in Thessaloniki 4 years ago,there was a tribute to him at the annual cinema festival there.He is one of my favourite movie editors.

^^I 've met his brother Aki in Thessaloniki 4 years ago,there was a tribute to him at the annual cinema festival there.He is one of my favourite movie editors.

I have actually a bit mixed feelings about Aki. Obviously his grand thing was to create a atmosphere which in itself became a world of it's own. But many times you'd hope to see a stronger story and as his career progressed he became almost like a caricature of himself.

Obviously he was great in combining music with film
