The police in Bosnia usually arrests people suspected of having links to those terrorist organisations, sometimes even without any concrete proof or legitimate indications. Bosnia seems to be better at controlling possible terrorist threats than Western European countries, quite ironic.
The unfortunate bit though is that it only applies to Islamists while Ustasha and Chetnik members/supporters can do pretty much whatever they can even though they have a bigger history of violence in the region than Islamists.
