It is clear in their scriptures (which I consider genuine ME ones, Talmud is what the Old testament was supposed to mean, not how Christians interpret it) that Jews are "divine race", for ex. many, many instances of leniency in criminal matters regarding Jews. In Kabbalistic circles the Jews have special soul.
Pseudoracialism, that is racism based on blood to a degree, not on phenotype, and based on mystical teachings. I've heard opinions that god exists by means of Jews existing, so for as long Jews exist, God exists, that is Jews = God. And also god created everything but he's inactive so his power can be manipulated by magic. That's still far better than Islam, Christianity where imaginary is absolute, while here it is subdominant to the "chosen people", leaving pseudoracial selfworship to be the main religious practice.

Rabbi Ovadia Yosef (born Abdullah Youssef on September 23 1920, Basra, Iraq and now living in Jerusalem) is a Mizrahi Haredi rabbi, Talmudic scholar, and recognized halakhic authority. Rabbi Yosef's halakhic responsa are highly regarded within Orthodox circles and are considered binding in many Mizrahi communities, among whom he is regarded as "the most important living halachic authority."
