Albania-Macedonia like Austria-Hungary. But Paeonia is fine too, sounds better than Macedonia. Best option would be something new though. Republic of Shqiperidonia.

If not those options then keep is as Macedonia just to piss off the Arvanitovlachs and Kara-kacan.
