I don't mind such cuisines/delicacies, but prefer such foods in smaller quantities on occasion. As the taste can get quite abrasive overtime.
Preference is usually diverse array of meats via pan with olive oil or via water deeply boiled /"fermented" in spices to give it more taste.
Nevertheless, for occasional snacks, I would say something sweet and ample like plums, peaches, clementines, honey, etc.
