Yes because of area and way of life IE lived in motherland. Relatively nomadic way of life, vast areas of fields as far as eye can see, etc..., graves which were tumuls (Kurgans) practically mimic the look of the houses (shown in OP), which is obvious what was the purpose of such looking graves, "lives for eternity in house".

    We developed tombstones...

This one is from which place, culture and time?
It's from site Kernosovka, culture; Gorodsk-Usatovo (present day Ukraine), around 4000-3500 BC.

What do you mean? With which culture would I connect I2a? That is a way stretch questions, I2a carries could be from variety of pre-IE cultures, such as Lengyel, Sopot, Tiszapolgary, even Vinča as well ofcourse, etc... when it comes about Northern "Balkans" and central Europe, it goes on with others, I2a could also be connected to Cucuteni-Tripolj, as first neighouring culture to IE area before IE expansion.

P.S. But interesting fact about IE; they didn't developed advanced metallurgy, means they didnt had weapons from metal.

And first metal was copper, and Eneolithic was period of discovering first metal amongst humans. While non-IE cultures of Europe used metal (copper) for weapons etc..., IE only used it for jewelry, and even thern rarely.

IE used for weapons knives from flint, "fling-knives", in fact that is (along with other artifacts already mentioned) one of the strongest aspects how to recognize spreadings of IE, aka; IE presence in those ancient times.

Bodrokereštur culture has a lot of it for example...

Wheels are exclusively a sign of (one of) Indoeuropean expansion.
Anyway, the most ancient wheels are associated with Neolithic cultures like Ljubljana Marshes Wheel find or wagon image of Funnelbeaker Culture which is Megalithic.

But there was rather expancion from Central Europe to the eastern direction. First: Cucuteni-Trypillians to North Pontic, than Megalithic intrusions from Baltic area to the east and finally Battle axe Culture expancion from Central Europe up to Volga river

Non-Indo Europeans most likely looked similar to the first Proto-IndoEuropeans. The final migration of IndoEuropeans after the Proto-IndoEuropeans is what spread large numbers of light eyed people into Europe.
