Well, the simple fact you are able to express it in words means actually you are ok, psychologically speaking. The most you can express that anger in any way (speaking, writing, singing, painting, sport, whatever) will help you to let it go naturally. It has to be expressed, once it is done, you can go ahead and feel lighter
