Apparently they're Bosniaks from Bosnia who were on their way to Anatolia but ended up in, what is now, Kosovo.

Illyrian haplogroups among Bosniaks from this project are J2b2-Z638, R1b-Z2103 and E1b E-V13, what means that they are ex Albanians from northern tribes. Now stfu

You are right. We are not talking about events of 2.000 years ago. Two generations during the Tito regime was enough to assimilate this Albanians in Bosniaks.
