Interesting thread. Russia is a big country with so many ethnic groups and of course with a rich tradition in culinary and beveragge. From what i have see now, this vatrushkas seems interesting. With what are they filled?
About the discussion of yogurt, we use to produce(because we produce in home yogurt, we don't buy it) yogurt from the milk of the cow. For me the best yogurt is produced by the milk of the sheep. We use an espressione, can be cut with the knife.
