I'm not justifying anything. First look, without this incomplete article or even possibly and more likely incomplete investigation, I would think the same as Queen B and move on.
I question all those involved including the person who screenshot this and reported it. If someone/anyone is going to make an accusation that will ruin a person's career, life, and reputation that person better have all the details.
Usually persons who shout 'racist' are racists themselves because this is all they see, hear, and think about and find connections that aren't there simply because it comes from someone not in their race.
You read my post as justifying when I question her actions and everyon else's but I'm not African. Would you have mistaken my post if I had a different flag? You seem offended that I question the man's expression and somehow justying her. Yet what you read isn't what I wrote.
Yes it's stupid on her part not to crop out a stranger from her photo before posting, this is inappropriate to begin with. He can very well be minding his own business but the point is so can she and the person that made the comment, who can very well be a black male un happy that the photo was ruined by a male in the background.
Unfortunately, if this is the case she's in a real mess with her stupid lie. I'm sure like many her age she's an expert with using social media tools and who would believe she doesn't know emoji. But the manner the emoji was used didn't read - I know he's (a piece)[ emoji]. What she said was - I know. (Shit)
If she has made questionable comments before, then it would be a safe assumption what she said is intentionally derogatory.
Yes this type of insult coming from someone her age would be odd.
This makes her action questionable. But also, when persons especially young like her on on this negative spotlight, they become dumber and may give a lie because in their mind it's more believable than the simple truth.
