The list originally consisted of all independent countries and dependent territories, this one is only for Europe, but the rank is based on the general rank for Europe. For comparison, first country in the ranking is Honduras with rate 84.6.

The list is based on the value of "Rate". In the spoiler there is a list of ranking based on the value of "Count".

Whole ranking has 218 positions in general.

Just as I thought, Poland is one of the safest and most peaceful countries in the world. The homogeneity of the Polish society gives good results.

Lithuania and Belarus are at least as socially and ethnically homogeneous as Poland, dumbass. How do you explain they have a higher homicide rate ?

Already explain to it to you, you're the genius of ignorance. Lithuania and Belarus are not ethnically homogeneous countries. In Poland, the national minorities make less than one percent of the total population. In Lithuania, about 16 per cent and 17 per cent in Belarus.

They have taken results from different years and put them together.

In 2015 and 2016 there were around 60 intentional homicides in Albania per year, meaning around 1,7 or so.

Maps and results need to be updated every year.
