I think she looks like a beautiful doll due to her large and widely-set eyes, full lips, high eyebrows and cheekbones, thick and dark and naturally curled eyelashes, and long elegant legs.... combined with beautifully thick and long dark hair and beautiful skin.
I really like the expression on her sweet face in the first image. Her hairstyle suits her features very well in the first image. I think she looks more Nigerian than Jamaican.
In this image she reminds me of a young Naomi Campbell in a Michael Jackson video: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=na...TkDnUQ_AUIBigB

Jamaicans are of Nigerian & Ghanaian stock mostly (around 80%, and rougly 40% each) and the other 20% were of different tribes all across West Africa

I thought that Jamaicans also had some Irish mixture in them from when the Irish slaves were taken to the Caribbean Islands.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_people_in_JamaicaIrish Jamaicans are Jamaican citizens of Irish descent whose ancestors originated from Ireland. Irish people are the second-largest reported ethnic group in Jamaica, after Jamaicans of African ancestry. Population estimates range from 300,000 to 700,000, making Irish Jamaicans up to 25% of Jamaica's population. Most Jamaicans with Irish heritage also have African ancestry.
Jamaican accents have a lot of Irish influence.... they both have a rhotic R sound and I've heard some Irish people pronounce 'thirty-three' as 'ter-tee tree' ... just like Jamaican people. Jamaicans also like Baileys and other Irish drinks.

It's strange because her surname is Macdonald... but I don't see any Scottish, Anglo or Irish features in her. I think she looks Nigerian, especially in the last picture in the first post. I was surprised to read that she was from Jamaica as I would've guessed her as being Nigerian. Anyway, I think she's very beautiful.MacDonald, Macdonald, and McDonald are Anglicised forms of the Scottish Gaelic and Irish Gaelic name MacDhòmhnaill, which in modern Gaelic is approximated as McConnell. It is a patronym where Mac means "son" and Dhòmhnaill means "of Dòmhnall".
