Biology.
Although I don't have any scientific background, I have to learn a lot of facts about biology for my profession: wildlife and marine guide.
But physics is fascinating too...especially quantum mechanics.

Chemistry is the least interesting for me. Biology prob just edges out physics. In high school chemistry was the most difficult followed be physics with biology being the easiest.
