Question to non-Romance: which Romance language(s) would you like to learn?

Inspired by simillar thread about Slavic languages, I decided to create simillar thread about Romance languages.
I selected 5 languages which are official languages of sovereign countries, plus mother of all of the languages: Latin.

The very definition of a Romance language is for the language to be descendent from (Vulgar) Latin. All Romance languages are Italic, but nor all Italic languages are Romance. Latin the Italic language which gave birth to the Romance languages family.

Well, firstly I wished to add also Catalan language, at least. But if I will did it, I am afraid that I will be overhelmed by complains why I did not add Galician, Occitan, Sicilian, etc.

French, followed by Italian. I thought I could only vote for one, so I chose French, but now I've noticed it's a muliple option poll.

I already know French to a certain extent (theoretically of course, my vocabulary and knowledge of idioms is mediocre due to relative lack of immersion). I'd say, improve my (very basic) Spanish or learn Italian or Romanian.

As a teen I got curious and did learn quite a bit of Classical Latin. I have learned it until I got to learn passive voice of the verbs. I'm quite familiar with the Latin declension as a result. Ultimately, it's a dead language.
Would have been great to speak it as a revived auxiliary language, and I don't mean Latina sine flexione at that. I mean Latin with all of its inflecting nature. Israelis neither dumbed down Hebrew like that when they revived it (went from liturgical language to everyday language; zero native speakers to 9 million native speakers; only time this ever happened in history). Think of the rich history you revive with this if you get people to speak it as a native language again. Not just the Ancient Roman era, but also the Medieval Latin and Renaissance Latin when people did learn it as an auxiliary language in fact.

Well, when i will be able, I will like to know all languages of the world
It is uneasy to choose one, therefore I add 3 ones:

Latin, Spanish, Italian

What the 3 languages has in common? All of ones, sounds best for me

I know less than 100 Latin words what I need for genealogy, but it will be great to know more of Latin language.
Several years ago I have spent a vacation at Italy and I had to learn some basic Italian words and phrases, because almost nobody spoken English, there. But I liked to learn it.
Spanish sounds best to me from all Romance languages.
