Next week it will be "chandeleur" in France. I don't know if it's popular in other country. Traditionally we eat "crępes" at this date.
The recipe is very simple and the taste is awesome.
Once you have made the crępes.
You can put everything you want inside, fruit, nutella, sugar but also ham and cheese. All the variantes are possibles.
The recipes:
225g wheat flour
3 eggs
50 cl of milk
20g of melted butter
* Put the flour in a bowl, add the sugar the eggs and the melted butter.
* let the dough rest
* Prepare the crępes in a pan.
* add whatever you want.
* Enjoy it.
