GDP is not the best measure for poverty. These countries have also lower cost of living, undeclared revenues, most people are homeowners instead of renters etc.

It's alright. A common sight in Tiranë are very nicely dressed people. Never been there, but I know some who have visited Albania and it's not like you're warped decades back in time.
What's interesting. I you look at a graph of GDP of different European countries. If I compare common Western European countries like Belgium, NL, France, the UK to Eastern European countries there's a huge gap between them. And then you add Norway to the graph. Suddenly we're in the middle of Eastern Europe and them. lol
They clearly have oil.

Moorish Niggah this is important the resources. There is production in all this countries. Also Türks known as successful people. In Russia, Kazan (Tatarstan) is most developed area after Petersburg-Moscow and people have highest life index, everybody educated. Ask Russians if you dont believe. Its not like begging Iberians who are hungry if no tourists arrivals. Türkmens will catch 20k in 2020 and higher than Greece, Portugal etc then. In Turkey, Kurds and east parts make it low, otherwise where Türks live it's like 15k already

16k vs Moldova's 2k.. This is reality my friend. Some send their children to best universities in Russia and other countries when some others peoples live in Kolkoz. What is Euro standards? If you mean Switzerland ok but not all Europe is like this. In 2020, even EU south Euros countries will be behind these Turkic nations.
