Thanks, that's sweet and kind of you.
My first ever boyfriend was from the British Commonwealth paradise island of St Lucia but he's lived in England since age 13 as a legal migrant and he spent the rest of his adolescent years being raised in the English countryside of Kent before moving to live in London, where we met by chance when I was lost and looking for directions when I was new to London and he came over to help me and looked after me well.
He's never visited Africa and doesn't culturally relate to people from African nations, but he relates to British, Irish, and Caribbean Island people.
This is where he's from:

Curly hair,I run 5km around my street square as a regular workout,it is part of the secret how I am 100kg and not fat,and this is not the maximum I can go if I decide to push it.
What will you be confident enough to bet if me and you got on the stadium to see who will go the longest before dropping dead, despite weighing a lot less? Its going to be extremely humiliating when you stop first.

Well, I'm deeply sorry if I caused you some rectal pain. However I started doing cardio just about a month ago and today I actually tried what you said on a treadmill at speed 10
It says 5.4 because I started running at 0.4. Now while it was quite hard, I wouldn't say it was impossible and I definitively could have gone for longer. It depends on how fast your running, how the terrain is(uphill, downhill, straight etc.) as well as you claiming it's 5 km isn't so convincing. I'd need to see proof that it actually is 5 km. Either way, I wasn't really comparing myself to you, but what most people including me would associate with fitness master race is athletic bodies. Something like this:
Now, I'm def. not there, that's not what I'm saying. I wasn't trying to compare me to you. All I said is that if you're a natural at 100 kg, IDK your height, but probably around 178 cm. That means your body-fat must be somewhere over 20% as that's about the natural limit in terms of FFMI. So unless you're much taller than what I think or you're using something/ have superhuman genetics, your BF% should be somewhere over 20% and judging by your look, that's not so shocking. You look strong, built like a power-lifter, but not really athletic. That's just my personal opinion.
