1) I replaced the battery in my kitchen scale, here are the numbers for my breakfast this morning,
- quark, 111 grams (3.9 ounces), 94 calories.
- apple, 90 grams (3.2 ounces), 53 calories.
- banana, 44 grams (1.5 ounces), 40.5 calories.
- total: 94 calories of quark + 93.5 calories of fruit = 187.5 calories.
2) I only took 2/3 of the fruit mix which is 62 calories.
3) So the grand total is: 94 calories of quark + 62 calories of fruit = 156 calories.

1) This was my lunch today, I used my kitchen scale so the numbers are reasonably accurate,
- 4 pork/beef meatballs, 66 calories a piece = 264 calories.
- 166 grams (5.9 ounces) of green beans = 44 calories.
- total calories: 264 + 44 = 308 calories.
2) My daily total so far:
- breakfast: 156 calories.
- lunch: 308 calories.
- total so far: 156 + 308 = 464 calories.
3) Calories to go: 900 - 464 = 436 calories left to eat.
4) I'm also going to work out later today.
