1) I started this thread back in February. So you've had 5 months to get in shape. If you had been eating quark for 5 months you would be beach ready by now.

2) Anyway I've changed my diet a bit. I currently eat,

a) 2 packs of quark per day at least. With a bit of kefir, a few rye flakes, a few sunflower seeds, and a few fruit pieces.

b) then I have about 2-3 plates of vegetables. Either boiled or fresh. And then I have 2-3 small boiled chicken pieces. It's not even a whole filé.

this is what I have in a day. The main part of the diet is quark and vegetables the rest are just small "add-ons". Sometimes I'll have a piece of homemade rye bread.

3) I don't bother counting the calories because I have so many different vegetables. If I have 4-5 quark meals per day there would be loooots of small pieces of fruit and vegetables to count for every meal.

Lol, I'm considered fit, despite being 23% (according to my calipers last time I tested).
