    2) to build muscles you need energy . and no ...getting your energy from proteins is a HORRIBLE tip . mary wtf is going on in your head . when you get your energy from protein you actually lower your muscle mass over time because your body starts to live of of proteins which means he will sooner or later take the protein from your muscle mass . and you know what ? if you eat too low fat you fuck up your hormones and can get heart problems . so please go to the kitchen now and make yourself fatty fish and take some almonds in your hand ok

    3) you cant say it like that . it is all about the big picture

    4) you shouldnt go on with this diet if your health is important to you

    5) yes your body gets used to it because it lowers the metabolism and also takes energy from fat mass but before that from muscle mass because you are starving yourself

    other than that I want to say that you cant go ultra low carb unless you eat more fat to even it out ...in other words go Ketogenic . but living Ketogenic me personally I would not recommend . especially when you dont have refeed days .

    also :

    your body doesnt view food items individually much . he doesnt think "oh mary eats a chocolate bar ...come on make her fat now" . your body sees the food you eat as a big chunk of chewed goo which he takes the micro and macronutritients out of . what is the most important is that you get enough micronutritiens and the right amounts of proteins and fats . once that is fulfilled your body doesnt care much for the rest as long as you dont go overboard with the calories

    1) I've breastfed 2 kids for years, you don't burn a lot trust me. However it puts more fluid on your body.

    2) The dress in my avatar is from the kids's department it's a 158 cm = for 13 year olds,

The source of those calories is usually more important: would you rather have 50 calories of french fries or 100 calories of brown rice? Which do you think it is the healthiest option?

    I said a range of 20% to 25%, it varies from person to person because everybody has different body measures and metabolisms.

    15% or less is not healthy alright, I get that's the purpose of your diet and the goal you have and you can go for it if it makes you happy but people should be aware that it is not healthy.

    Why would any woman want to make 12 years old look fat when next to them amazes me, lol.

    What is attractive or not is highly subjective and varies according to personal taste and there are also other factors that will determine if you are attractive to others or not than just 15% body fat.
