1) No he can't. If the man has kids, a home with a mortgage, assets, stuff that most married people have, he would be paying a very high penalty (loss of kids, loss of home, loss of assets) for something that is the woman's fault (no sex). That's not fair.

2) If the man can beat the bitch if she doesn't have sex (or cook) then he has recourse.

3) If the woman doesn't want to get slapped around she can simply not marry a man under false pretext.

If man beat his woman he could easily end-up in jail. However marry someone you love and you have friendly relation not because of mutual interests and then you won't have these issues.
