Is Costa Rica really white?

So then the South of Brazil, let alone Sao Paolo are not majority white? It is only Argentina and Uruguay?

I believe São Paulo is more white than south of brasil, we receive in a year more than 1kk italians in SP state, and is the biggest state here and america latina
People from south are self declared white, yeah, but i know some cases that are clearly not white
My half arab half german friend from south consider white
Ive told him many times he is not white and he replies me: i am white, i am from south bla bla bla
He looks MENA/S european and his skin is like Cristiano Ronaldo, but more whiter, maybe olive skin(?)

So a sizeable proportion of these are delusional pardos and Brazil does not have and never had a white majority.

What do you estimate to be the racially European population and which regions or states have such a majority? Same qurstion for both of you or anyone else who is well informed.

What you consider white? 100% europeans only... 95% european+... maybe 90%?
Southern Brazil as a whole got almost 50% of their population being 90% Euro+ according this test

So even the South has less than half white people and those are mostly admixed to some minor extent. I had the impression it is peopled by pure ethnic Europeans. I guess Euro immigrants mixed with colonial Brazilians.

São Paulo state received most europeans that settled in Brazil.
With 1kk italians, she means 1.000.000 italians. But you have to get that SP is a multicultural place now, just like New York or California. What makes sense since São Paulo is today the most important city in all Latin America, despite it not being the brazilian capital.
There are more people living in Metropolitan area of São Paulo city than whole Romenia (22kk x 19kk)
SP state have today 44kk people, the most populated state in Brazil. At least half of them live in countryside and the another half live in Metropolitan Area.

There are a lot of cities with most brazilians being full ethnic europeans, mainly in interior of Santa Catarina
Also, most catholic germans mixed with another european ethnicities or people of other races, but protestant germans not, most of them just married with protestant germans. Gisele Bundchen, for example, she is 7th generation of germans-brazilian. Also, most of these samples were got in southern capitals as Porto Alegre, Florianópolis and Curitiba, capitals are more multicultural than small cities.
