It shouldn't. It's a slippery slope towards limiting freedom of speech. Unless it's a threat to commit violence against someone specific a criminal court shouldn't have anything to do with what people say.

You know, if there are sections for english entries there is a reason. Other countries forums that have english sections are respected so this should be too. This thread will be moved anyway so why bother posting this here?
But the strange thing is that the op was already aware of the english section...
