Bosnia prepares to sue Serbia for aggression

Bosnian President Bakir Izetbegović has announced that Bosnia will sue Serbia in the International Court of Justice (Hague) for aggression and genocide. There is already a ruling that says that Bosnian Serbs committed genocide, but this new process will be against the State of Serbia, whom actively assisted, armed and trained Serb terrorists in Bosnia, and even sent Serbs from Serbia to fight with them, thus committing aggression. This process will actually be the revision of an already started process.

This will have many possible benefits, if it succeeds. Not only will it politically shun and alienate Serbia, but it will also force that country to pay financial reparation to all Bosniak victim's families, much like Nazi Germany had to pay reparations for several decades.

It is good for the families if Serbia gets judged as guilty, but the main benefit would be the influence it could have on removing the RS.

There was no "State of Bosnia", then, though there was Croatia. So, technically, you can't really sue Bosniaks then, and the Ustahe led death camps, as well as Bosniak SS battalions are however widely acknowledged, while massacres such as the one in Srebrenica are still denied by a lot of people.

According to the modern interpretation of Histroy and Culture. Bosniaks are muslims, Serbs are Orthodox Christians and Croats are Catholics.

If you change your religion, you have changed a Nation as well cause... that's the ONLY difference, everything else is the same.

Those are Tribes, not Nations.

In my case, I could pick any nationality, cause I have relatives of all 3 religions.

The only fair justice here is that every working person in serbia pays half of their paycheck to bosnians every week for the next 20 years and apology written at the bottom of the check every single week. Then shake hands and make peace.
