It's already been established that "the international community" is making the War in Bosnia a civil war even though everyone knows that the countries around were involved. I personally would have prefered a case against Croatia, would have been more entertaining and made for better TV.

Few people know that Croatia has already been convicted for aggression against Bosnia in the Hague case of Jadranko Prlić and 5 other (tzv. herceg-bosanska šestorka). That was in the first ruling (prvostepena), we will see if the second will confirm that (pravosnažna).
