What are your most major character flaws? Those of which are almost impossible for you to change or improve upon..

For example ME:
Nervous when speaking in front of a crowd or on camera
Spaz-induced personality traits
Can react unpleasantly when provoked
Introverted unless on the internet
Too fond of fast food (unless that isn't really a flaw)
Bad at first impressions
Can sometimes be either too much of an asshole, or either too nicey-nicey/goody-goody in personal interactions with others

Public speaking just ughhhh can't do it. The only time I get the most nervous and say a million umms lol. Unless I volunteer then I can kick public speaking in the booty. But when teachers forced it, I was not a happy camper.

You say it like its a good thing.
In real life I can't stand extroverted people, I think extroverts should think before they talk as they often come accross as unintelligent. Introverts like myself are much more peaceful and less intrusive. The world would be a much better place if everyone was an introvert. As for arrogance, thats undeniably a negative trait to have, its not even up for debate.

Don't take this personally btw what I say to you applies to 2/3rds of the population that are extroverts.
