1. Stop drinking alcohol as its unhealthy and adds weight. Switch from booze to Camel milk:

2. Eat meat only 1-2 times a week. Minimize consumption of wheat products and eat more vegetarian. Increase consumption of raw garlic. Try out tea made of curry leaves.
3. Eat less not until you feel full. But get used to smaller portions and eat until you are about 70% full. The aim is to eat until you are not hungry anymore, not until you feel stuffed up. Thats what a lot of people do wrong. Also eat slower.
4. Drink a lot of water. And remember to sit while you are drinking as standing when drinking is unhealthy(its proven).
5. Walk. A lot. Every day. And not just short walks long walk at least a couple of hours.
