There is no way Russians, Latvians, Lithuanians, and SLOVENES would have higher per capita incomes than Indians (or Iranians) in the United States.-_-
I hope you know comparing urban vs rural people is absolutely useless, and that Italian/Greek/etc Americans are obviously much more urban. People in urban areas get payed more for the same jobs, and have to pay more for everything. Types of careers, degrees, SAT scores(unfortunately no data on ethnicity, only race and states, North Dakota is #1, although that could just be because it's more white than a place like heavy Italian NJ), income after being adjusted would be better indicators. A place like Iowa has more expendable income than all Atlantic states when you adjust for cost. Why do you think major cities have higher average income than rural areas despite all the people of colour in them? A Mcdonalds cashier makes 7 bucks an hour in Idaho while one in New Jersey makes 11.
This is also a better indicator:
ASVAB(a test you take to get into any of the branches of the US military) Math/Verbal score percentiles for self reported ethnicities in the US, from the 1997 National Longitudal Survey of Youth:
Median(Mean)
Russian 83.625 (72.724)
British 77.916 (71.252)
Danish 75.19 (61.958)
Polish 72.194 (67.316)
Swedish 71.638 (63.886)
Scottish 71.083 (63.875)
Welsh 71.068 (65.105)
Dutch 68.623 (64.306)
Irish 67.978 (62.7)
Norwegian 67.864 (64.519)
German 65.08 (61.711)
French 62.016 (58.34)
Italian 59.912 (57.836)
Greek 56.368 (52.965)
Portuguese 51.088 (57.063)
Cuban 35.621 (39.861)
Mexican-American 30.107 (36.019)
Black 26.696 (32.532)
Mexican 24.822 (30.5)
Keep in mind most of the self identified southern Euros are going to be mixed(and not vice versa, because obviously there's a lot more northern/central Euros in the US than southern). Also keep in mind that Russian and Polish are largely going to be American Jews(this also goes for average income).
Lastly, as flawed as comparing overall income without adjusting for rural vs urban, why are you using household income, which can easily be affected by actual household size(Indians are only #1 in household income because they're much less likely to get divorced, for example), when official data on per capita income is available?
Another reminder that American Jews bring up Latvian, Russian, Lithuanian numbers.
1. Austrian(52k)
2. Latvian(50k)
3. Russian(50k)
4. British(49k)
5. Lithuanian(46k)
6. Slovene(45k)
7. Taiwanese(45k)
8. Australian(44k)
9. Indian(44k)
10. Iranian(43k)
15. Romanian(41k)
70. Albanian(24k)

Those are obviously all the Jews and not ethnic gentile Russians/Latvians/Lithuanians/Slovenes.
