One of the few Italians who stayed post 1960...by 1990 they practically all left. Most had plantations in the Juba and Shebelle riverine areas, and as you can see from this music video, mingled with the Somali Bantu population.

Most entertainers from that era were not ethnic "Somali" but Somalian minority groups. This video was taken either in Jowhar or Mogadishu, so the audience and the background singers are probably Sab, Bantus and Rer Xamar (Arab aboriginals I've mentioned before)
