I am losing weight.
My daily routine is this:
05:00 Drink lots of water
06:20 Meditation
07:00 Yoga
09:00 Eat Breakfast - Yoghurt and protein shake
10:00 Water
11:00 Protein shake
12:00 Water
13:00 Green vegetables
14:00 Water
15:00 Protein shake
16:00 Water and Swimming for 20 minutes
17:00 Green vegetables
18:00 Water
18:30 Meditation
19:00 Protein shake
20:00 Water
21:00 Bedtime
The green vegetables are spinach, beansprouts, cucumber and celery.
The protein shake is soya protein isolate and I put cardamom and stevia sweetener with it.
The yoghurt is low or high fat Greek style.
I take small amounts of coconut oil and olive oil with my protein shakes and with the vegetables, if cooked.
RESULTS:
24/10 85.2kg 'belly' 104cm
25/10 84.7kg 104cm
26/10 84.0kg 103cm
27/10 82.7kg 100cm
28/10 82.3kg 100cm
Someone suggested that if I lose too much weight too quickly I could develop saggy skin. I have been losing on average 0.58kg per day.
My GP said that if this continues beyond another week, I should introduce some carbohydrates.
A personal trainer suggested that I should be eating about 180g of carbs a day, after I have completed the cutting phase to switch my body over to an Atkins metabolism, and that I would not sag even if I did not do this. He said that I should include some carbs or I will find myself putting on weight when the diet is over.
I love the diet, I never want to end!!!
A friend said, 'be careful, or you will sag.'
My father said, 'you won't sag.'
The yoga classes that I attend come with a nice muesli breakfast, if I want it, perhaps I will join the others for breakfast if my weight loss continues to be so dramatic.
It feels wonderful to be losing weight and my energy levels are have rocketed.
