I am inclined to believe that lots of illegals vote, not millions though. Historically voter fraud has always been a Democrat thing, especially as it relates to large scale organized efforts.

The Southern Democrats even kept blacks from voting in the South, which why all of the elected blacks post civil war were Republicans.
It wasn't until the black migration to the large Northern cities did Democrats capture black voters circa LBJ Great Society welfare programs.
