Hate to be rude, but 2/10.
Being slightly overweight is one thing..... but this is morbid obesity. I'm not one by nature to be overly-critical of an individual's habits, but I would be more concerned about her weight that will cause her heart problems in the near future; its not healthy.
If anything, I pity her because she is quite adamant with the "plus size" grandiose delusion being synonymous with "curvy" that is far from reality. Nevertheless, she does have potential to change it around if she chooses so.
