Are you not seeing who's pushing for conflict here? Albanians aren't agressive people we simply defend what is ours. Plus there's no way to win the war in Macedonia for us, if we'd win militarily then we'd look like devils to the outside world (for good reason imo it's the only country Macedonians have), and if we'd lost it then a very small amount of Albanians would remain and the rest cleansed. Like literally damn near the same exact scenario that you described has happened only some decades ago and you backed off with the quickness. Since then Greece has gone backwards and Turkey forwards. Vast majority of Albanians outside of Albania still have close contact with family in those areas, definitely not unlikely that a large amount would flock there.

So why Albanian Macedonians do not act as Macedonians? The citizens of Macedonia must protect and defend Macedonia. Unfortunately most of Albanians in Macedonia do not act as Albanian Macedonians or simply citizens of Macedonia. They see Macedonia as an interim country towards Albanian Dream Realization.
