The very best most beautiful scenic journey on the entire euopean continent if not on the entire planet is from sarajevo to podogorica/montengero/shkodra/albania. The 280klm in total but it will take about 7 hours. You cant drive more then 40-50klm/hr. Its way up high through magnificant mountains & valleys and rivers. The most beautiful in europe. I took a train through the alps of europe too but nothing beats this.
