Most other blondish Bulgarians I've seen posted here and elsewhere have rounder faces and look distinctly Slavic, whereas this guy could easily be Danish or Swedish.

There are many different types on the lighter side of Bulgarian looks spectrum. These people are all Bulgarian, for instance:

He looks light Balkanite, not Scandinavian. The stereotype that most Bulgarians have round face is something which I hear everywhere in such forums, while in reality only a minority do.

I don't deny there is a lot of phenotype diversity in Bulgaria, but would I be so wrong in saying that blondish Bulgarians most often look roughly like Ivan Ivanov?

Halstatt + Faelid I think, but could be on the lighter side of Norid too. It's a bit difficult for me to distinguish between the two possibilities in these photos.

About round faces - contrary to the popular belief, Bulgarians are predominantly not of brachy type but more in the meso-dolicho spectrum.
