Regarding the video, like Rumata mentioned. They were not cops, but guards. IDK how it's in Sweden, but here in Norway the police do not indeed carry firearms, but they are very well trained, much better than the general pop. You literally can't be obese and become a cop here, there are quite hard physical tests you have to pass. You'll never see a police officer out of shape here.
However they do indeed have guns for special operations, you guys should watch "Nokas" the movie about the Nokas robbery, it is first interesting that such a high-stake robbery took place in Norway. It also involved several perpetrators (13 to be exact) of different ethnic groups. You had a Pollock, I think 3 Albanians, one black dude and the rest were Norwegians.
Anyways one police officer was killed (the robbers were heavily armed with automatic weapons), but in the end it didn't go so back considering that the police had very limited resources not prepared for such a heist, they fought bravely, but the robbers did get away.
