lol, that's BS. Sicilians have probably the lowest amount of ANE in Europe along with Iberians and Basques, why TF would he look Polish? He looks Irish. He'd pass for a Pole, but this type is more common in Ireland.
Please show me examples these supposed "Jewish" looking Sicilians that would never pass as Greeks. Greeks and Sicilians are closer genetically than western Norwegians and Germans (Including northern Germans).

What calculator/ measurement are you using?
While Greeks are on average around 10% ANE according to Eurogenes, south Italians are around 8%.
Sicilians are also slightly more near eastern and have less WHG on the Eurogenes spreadsheet
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...XwUsAA/pubhtml
What are the differences between Norwegians and Germans? lol, have you even seen them in groups? The difference is easily noticeable. On the same Eurogenes calc. Norwegians score 1.5% more ANE, 7% less near eastern and around 5,5 more WHG.
It all depends on the region, but a lot Sicilians and Greeks are way more alike than a lot of German/ Norwegian groups. Western Norwegians and southern or even eastern Germans are actually quite distant from each other. Where do you get the idea that Norwegians and Germans are so alike, while not Greeks and Sicilians?
judging on his back of the head, and skull features but not on his "look"/"appearance" I have different "results"

First, it depends on the provinces; everyone does not have the same phenotype according province like Gascony or Languedoc or Alsace or Savoy, and so on.
Secondly: in some provinces in the north of France, certain phenotypes are more "Flemish" and this guy does not resemble a Flemish.
