This is tough to read this from Turkish member as your country was one of the first about women rights and as they could dress like they wanted to.
1934 : turkish woman voting for the first time.
1950 : Istanbul
1960 : Istanbul
1970 : Istanbul
2016 : beach near to Istanbul
What is happening to them ?

I can understand europeans concern about cultural invasion. I also find it weird that muslims migrate to christian countries instead of countries like Saudi Arabia and complain they are not allowed to practise their religion freely. This is hypocrisy to me too.
I just can not find an answer to when a dress is a religous symbol/sign and when it is a choise..

It's always a choice. It's what that choice represents. A Moslem woman wearing a burka represents a cultural threat. A nun or a conservatively dressed Christian woman do not. And it's about numbers, too. Even the most racist/xenophobic Westerners wouldn't have an issue with foreigners in extremely small numbers; it's the onslaught that makes it a problem.
