I grew up in a somewhat misogynistic household.

I wished I had a dick when I was younger. Why? Maybe there would have been less beatings, more favored and not seen as a financial bane, maybe I could have been supported to succeed, maybe I wouldn't have been raped.

Then again, I see this strong body I have been given, this ability to carry a child has supported my ego, the strong emotions to love and accept love, to offer guidance and comfort as I can. These were given to this body I have now.
