Probably, but nordic like types are not so common in Romania, you'll have some fairer pontic-med types in NW Romania, maybe a few east nordids in mainly NE Romania. I know Coon claimed that the neo-danubian type is common in Transylvania, but there seems to be no proof of that.

Actually, Coon placed Neo-Danubians in Wallachia (also Atlanto-Meds) and Moldavia and Dinarics and Alpines in Transylvania.

Can't really say, last time I was in Romania it was a blur .... don't really know what is the standard look in Romania but I can tell you it's darkish.
