In the beginning I used Napster, when the pause button hadn't been invented yet, if the other user disconnected while you were downloading from him your download was simply lost

When Napster was closed I used programs like Morpheus, Kazaa, Ares, Audiogalaxy; since 2004 I use Emule for 90% of my downloads, movies, tv series, and some Torrent client for bigger downloads like softwares or games.

Connection is successful, then drops like 50 times a day! Those were the days lol! I first got on the Internet in 1995 when it initially first came out and remember how shitty the tech quality was back then.... even remember the crappy 'Winbloze 95 OS' that was being used back then and that infamous 'blue screen of death' glitch.

Not bad. I remember having a 56k modem that would take 1 hour (if not more) to just to download a 4mb file.

Yes I do. It was so slow and so expensive. I had like 300-400 ms ping while playing online game and needed like 15 minutes to download one mp3 song.

eMule was the last p2p sharing program I used. Well, iTorrent was and is still getting used (though I don't pirate that much nowadays).
I do remember this cartoon though.
