    Now, my comments
Protectionism is bad in economy. Scottish Adam Smith was the first one to come to that conclusion in 1776. Then England repealed its "corn laws" in 1846. That how England became the "workshop of the world" during Queen Victoria's reign.
Trump is stubborn and refuses to understand that the economy of entire cities in the US relies on world exports (up to 30%) and thus, will be ruined.

As for my identity: I don't define myself as a Frenchman, but as a citizen of the world, an "Earthling". The whole planet is my garden, and I hate to see fences between gardens.

So, I guess I'll go for Macron, more than probably the next French president.

Mélenchon has already vampirized most of Hamon votes, he dreams to watch the PS die so he becomes the new left, as MLP does with LR as well. Hamon wanted an alliance, he didn't get it. Mélenchon has been surevaluated in polls before, but this time it might be closer to reality.

As for today, the few people left at the PS who wanted to vote for Hamon, could report their vote on either of the two. There is no ideological coherence to go for Hamon to Macron, they are opposites but some could do it already just because they think he s the best candidate to fight their imaginary enemy. Maybe ask Melki for his reasons since he started as an Hamon supporter.

Face it, Macron will likely win, and France will be fully controlled by globalists.

Hamon was not in Graham's square, even if I voted for him in the first round, he will probably be absent in the 2nd tour. (Ma favorite candidate, Jadot, dismissed anyway) Then, I'll have to bet on another candidate for the final round. And I still consider Macron is a better horse than Mélenchon. Having worked for Rotschild (the banks, not the wines), is always a useful experience when you're holding the finances of a country what is now Europe's second largest economy.
