sure buddy. I'm not saying I'm a good player, but when I started playing BBALL the way I practiced my form was by shooting FT's. I haven't played in a while, but when I used to play I made around 70% of my FT's, not the best, but not to shabby either. I could even shoot a decent midrange, but I did indeed suck from the 3-pointer shooting probably like 25% or so from there.
