    Default Veganizing Traditional European Foods

There are recipes which exist for vegan sausages, vegan schnitzel, and dishes which are easily veganized from Italy or the Mediterranean because of the original plant-based nature of the dish, like spaghetti alla puttanesca, and falafel with babaganoush.

I enjoy veganizing traditional foods for my own comfort, but also to show it can be done, that vegan food doesn't have to be "weird."

I'm having trouble posting pictures but here's a whole link of German-inspired vegan recipes:

No offense, but if animals weren't supposed to be eaten, God wouldn't have made them out of meat!

    Thank you for the information.

Hungary has a dietary crisis in Europe, and is very unhealthy. This is a great way to show how far healthy eating has come. I strongly encourage you to post more plant-based recipes for traditional European dishes!
