Lots of moving = "mongrelized" accent. I usually speak with a 'neutral accent'.
But my "to-go" accent is mostly of the UK with a European hint [can't pronounce certain words/names "properly"]. Placeable? Good luck. I've had Scots say British, British say Irish or Scottish. Some Canadians/Americans say the Maritimes. A friend once introduced me to their Glasgow born cousin merely because we sounded "exactly alike".

As an American and being exposed to a lot of media and being taught to speak proper (standard American - which is very western) English as a child, I adopted many characteristics of it. However, I still have my Pennsylvania twang.
My grandparents honestly sound similar to this:
For my parents and grandparents:
house = hoss (haus)
now = nah
down = dahn
towel = tahl
about = abaht

Southern English, although I don't think I have any strong regional accent as I spent half of my childhood in Kent in south-east England and the other half in Bournemouth in eastern Dorset in south-west England, before moving to West London.
